1-1/2” Service Entrance Cap
1-1/2” Service Entrance Cap 1-1/2” service entrance cap attaches to a vertical conduit and receives the open wires / cables from an electrical service drop. Constructed of copper free solid aluminum the clamp on style of the cap makes for quick and easy installation. Also known as a “Weather-head” the service entrance cap prevents rainwater from entering the conduit, or raceway, and decreases insulation damage. Service entrance cap is designed to be used with 1-1/2” rigid E.M.T. conduit pipe either outdoors or indoors.
