4" square blank, flat covers with a 10-32 green ground screw are used to cover 4" square box wiring and provide a means for access when future conduit runs are required. They are great for prefab boxes used with Garvin Industries’ dual access box! The green ground screw allows proper grounding of pre-installed devices on rings.
