4-11/16” square, 1/2" raised blank industrial surface covers with included screws and nuts are used to cover 4-11/16" square boxes in an industrial setting. They are also used when boxes are surface mounted or positioned in exposed work applications. These covers allow for a quick installation of devices and switches on steel covers for future applications.
